I understand that I must comply with the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and all applicable state statues and regulations in my use of Motor Vehicle records. Subscriber will certify for each report request the purpose for which the information is sought and that the information will be used for no other purpose. Subscriber agrees and understands that Source Resources shall only furnish Motor Vehicle records to a Subscriber whom it has reason to believe will use the reports for permissible purposes, namely:

INDEMNIFICATION: Subscriber shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless from and against any and all cost and liabilities that may be asserted and/or assessed against Source Resources bases upon the improper use by Subscriber of driver's or motor vehicle information or any other information furnished to subscriber by Source Resources.
